Our firm consists of two attorneys who offer extensive court room experience and a well-regarded reputation in the Seattle, Bellevue and Puget Sound legal community. The firm's principal, Aaron Wolff , began his legal career over a decade ago as a DUI prosecutor for the cities of Kirkland and Tukwila. Aaron has handled several hundreds of DUI cases as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He has represented people in dozens of jurisdictions throughout Washington State. Aaron has achieved results for his clients that amounted to dismissal of their case, reduction to a lesser offense, or an acquittal of their charge after trial. He is of counsel to the prestigious Cowan Kirk Gaston law firm in Kirkland, Washington.

Associate Christopher Kattenhorn has served as a public defender in courts throughout Puget Sound for the past several years and most recently in the Cities of Bellevue and Redmond. He has handled hundreds of cases through all phases of criminal process, from arraignments to motions and trial, as well as review hearings. His entire legal career has been limited to those accused of DUIs and other misdemeanor crimes in Washington.
