The firm's founder and lead attorney, Aaron Wolff , began his legal career in 2000 as a DUI prosecutor for the cities of Kirkland and Tukwila. For the past 12 years, Aaron has devoted his practice to DUI defense, During his career, Aaron has served as lead counsel in hundreds of DUI cases, early in his career as a prosecutor, and for the past many years as a dedicated DUI defense attorney. Aaron has represented people in dozens of jurisdictions throughout Washington State. Aaron has received the highest accolades from former clients for his dedication to his work and the people he represents. He is also very active in the legal community having served as the Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Washington Bar Association.
Attorney Christopher Kattenhorn has worked at Wolff Criminal Defense since 2010 after serving as a public defender for the cities of Kirkland and Bellevue. His entire legal career has been devoted to representing people accused of DUI and other misdemeanor offenses. Recently, Christopher was recognized by Washington Law and Politics Magazine as a 2012 Rising Star in the field of DUI defense. This honor is given to only a small percent of practicing attorneys and is reflective of Christopher's tenacious courtroom advocacy.
