Facing a DUI charge in Washington State?
An arrest for driving under the influence can turn your world upside down. Leading Seattle DUI Lawyer Aaron Wolff
I am exclusively focused on representing those accused of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and other alcohol-related driving offenses within the greater Puget Sound area. My office is in Kirkland, but I have extensive experience in courts in Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. I have also represented clients in all King County district courts and practiced throughout Pierce and Snohomish counties.
Extensive Experience in handling DUI cases
I am a DUI lawyer with almost 15 years of courtroom experience and high regard from the law community. I began my legal career in 2000 as a DUI prosecutor for both Kirkland and Tukwila. But after only a couple years, I chose to devote my practice to defending those accused of DUI. Between my early work as a prosecutor, and 12 years of defense, I have served as lead counsel in hundreds of DUI cases, representing clients in dozens of Washington jurisdictions. I have worked tirelessly on behalf of the accused, and in return received accolades from many of my former clients. I am also very active in the legal community, having served as the Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Washington Bar Association, and as a featured speaker at the annual DUI seminar.
